Ford C Series fire truck

Dan took the American LaFrance 900 pumper body from the ubiquitous Bachmann model, and added it to an Athearn Ford C to create a short wheelbase pumper as it would be seen in the late 1960s to early '70s. The single gumball beacon was made from fiber optic coated with Krystal Klear and Tamiya clear red. Typical of engines prior to the '80s, this pumper features a handrail along the rear
